4. How do I order?
Answer: To place an order, send me an e-mail with your wish list.
I will then quote the shipping costs.
Once you are satisfied with the total, you can make payments
with any
of the payment methods listed above.
5. What is the shipping costs?
Answer: It all depends on your location.
In order to make an accurate calcuation, I will need three
things from
you:
a) Your location
b) Your wish list. This refers to the items you may want to
order.
c) How you would like us to packagae the dolls.
Some customers want their doll boxes to be minty mint and we
specialise
in that.
Othercustomers would prefer to save on shipping and request
that we
debox (take out) the dolls and ship all the loose dolls
together in a
light weight box. This saves on shipping, especially in these
times
when fuel prices are so high.
6. Do you ship the dolls securely?
Answer: Absolutely.
Buying from us is the safest.
You do not have to worry if your dolls are lost or misplaced.
I will be happy to refund or replace the dolls once we have
determined
that they are lost. All are items are insured so that all of
us can
sleep a little better at night.
7. Are you willing to debox the dolls to save on shipping?
Reply: It will be our pleasure to help you
save
on shipping. This is one of the ways we do it.
8. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1st of
November
1999.
This coming November will be our 8th year in the business.
9. Do you deliver within Singapore?
Yes, we do.
